導熱石墨片(Graphite Sheets)概述

石墨散熱片，是一種全新的導熱散熱材料，具有獨特的晶粒取向，沿兩個方向均勻導熱，片層狀結構可很好地適應任何表面，遮罩熱源與元件的同時改進消費類電子產品的性能。產品均勻散熱的同時也在厚度方面提供熱隔離。

石墨片在手機上應用

目前手機發熱集中體在CPU、螢幕及電池上，散熱一般會考慮CPI降頻，但做為智慧手機都現在而言，已經接近PC機

的結構，所以CPU降頻並不是最好的解決方案，採用石磨散熱片才是最佳方案。

石墨片在手機上的使用分別在充電模組、主晶片、電池後殼、螢幕背面基板、中框、後框、聽筒和送話器周邊的電磁
